Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Submitting this form will request deletion of your Saarthi account and personal data, with the limited records described below retained.

The following data will be permanently deleted:
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Identity documents (Aadhaar, driving license)
  • Vehicle information and photos
  • Ride requests and personal contact details stored in trip records
  • Subscription profile and uploaded payment QR code
  • Reviews and notifications

Trip records are retained for ride partners' history, with your contact details removed. Payment and payout records are retained for reconciliation and to prevent payment reuse. A deletion-status record prevents your profile from being recreated by delayed account events.

This action cannot be undone.
